拓展台灣流行音樂市場，文化部長鄭麗君昨（22）日表示，文化部會持續從組織、資金、人才、通路等四方面給力，將透過新設中介組織文創院統籌與促進民間投資，並邀地方政府討論未來北部流行音樂中心、海洋文化及流行音樂中心的營運，另盤點和升級適合的中小型表演空間，符合多元需求。
鄭麗君昨日出席金曲國際音樂節開幕，她舉近年台灣原住民流行音樂受國際矚目為例，今年7月阿美族歌手舒米恩應挪威大型音樂節Riddu Riddu Festival邀請前往演出，顯見多元文化是臺灣流行音樂深厚養分，也是能行銷國際的品牌精神。
昨日同步登場的金曲國際論壇上，知名音樂製作人李宗盛則強調，華語流行音樂正處在一個重整階段，最重要的是回到音樂根本，提升品質、力量，還有自覺自省，音樂人和閱聽眾如何建立自己的流行審美觀，會影響未來華語音樂的面貌。
他舉金城武為例，之前在台灣發展，後來去日本，2年脫胎換骨變巨星。這代表什麼？日本的流行審美水平比台灣高，他們發現金城武的優點，用流行塑造能力讓他成為巨星。
李宗盛指出，音樂是被低估的產業，人人能玩，進入門檻低，但成功的門檻很高。流行音樂工業不應被簡化成粉絲工業，不能依賴量產獲利，也不能只看年輕人市場，最後還是回到本質，端看能否觸動人心。
